Next week Provincial Assessment starts. I will be in the building working with individual students to complete these assessments on several days, but there will be a guest teacher in the classroom during these times.
This week in Kindergarten....
This week we learned about the letter "m." Ask me what words begin with the letter m.
We read the story The Mitten by Jan Brett. We chose an animal to act out in the story and acted it out. We then sequenced the order of the animals that entered the mitten. These were sent home this week. Ask your child to retell you the story of the mitten.
In math, we represented the number 7 in our math journals in a variety of ways.

We are collecting toilet paper rolls for a project we are going to do in February. Please bring in any clean toilet paper rolls to school. Thank-you!
